When we started out as a business, we were constantly asked (and still are), what's a PEVOMAT? People always have trouble pronouncing the name, or understanding exactly what we do. So, how about a short history lesson?
A "PEVOMAT" is really nothing at all. The name developed by combining the three names of the partners (Peter Cianfrocca, former State Representative Rico Matera, and Peter Volpe) who collectively worked for Pevomat Reality, which developed in the early 1950's at 163 Meridian Street in East Boston, Massachusetts, back when dialing someone's phone number didn't require the area code, and the first two characters were letters, instead of numbers.
In our modern day, PEVOMAT is much more than just Real Estate, it's a company full of knowledgeable and experienced employees who represent who we are today. Our employees know how to listen to to their clients and build a relationship with each of them, giving them not only the tools to start, but the tools and skills to continue along the path of success, rather than becoming dependent on our services.
We're a company dedicated to the communities we represent, committed to producing quality work, and striving to give you an honest price that both parties can agree upon.
